DEVELOPPEURS.COM
Privacy and local storage
Last updated: 16 October 2026.
Who processes your data?
Gabriel Genoni, a sole trader operating as Developpeurs.com, is the controller for the processing described here. For enquiries: contact@developpeurs.com, or 5 rue Pont Rod, 22340 Maël-Carhaix, France.
Contacting us
The Contact, Budget, project enquiry and Agencies forms submit your enquiry directly to our server: it is saved in a private database with encrypted content, then a notification is sent to contact@developpeurs.com. Selected services and any attached budget estimate are included. If email delivery is unavailable, your request remains saved for processing.
If you email us, the contact details and content you provide are used to respond to your enquiry and, if you wish, prepare your project. Quote requests are handled as pre-contractual steps at your request; other enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Your name and email are required; phone and company are optional. The project type is required on the landing pages; the Contact and Budget forms require a message and allow you to select several services. Acknowledging this privacy policy does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Retention and recipients
Contact details and correspondence are used to process your enquiry and follow up on the project. They are accessible to Gabriel Genoni and, where necessary, people working on the project and email and hosting providers. They are retained as needed for this follow-up, then according to legal obligations or the defence of legal rights. Provider-specific arrangements and the hosting contract must be documented before production launch. Enquiries saved through the forms are deleted from the website database no later than 36 months after creation. You can request earlier deletion at contact@developpeurs.com. Exchanges needed for a contractual relationship or legal obligation have their own retention periods.
The website loads a Codeur.com badge from its servers. This request shares your IP address and technical browsing information with the badge provider. Contact form contents are not sent to that provider.
Preferences and studio drafts
Your optional-tool choices are saved for six months in this browser. “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page lets you change them. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop the tools concerned.
The studio draft is stored locally until replaced or deleted through your browser settings. It is not sent to the agency. Exports remain on your device. Analytics tools do not load inside the studio.
Optional analytics and advertising
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel (Facebook) are offered separately in preferences. A tool without a configured identifier stays disabled. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are enabled by default. You can disable them in preferences. Meta Pixel requires your separate agreement. Disabling these tools does not prevent browsing.
Google Analytics measures visits and navigation; its first-party cookies are configured with a maximum six-month lifetime. Microsoft Clarity analyses interactions, heatmaps and sessions with input fields masked; Microsoft documents _clck and _clsk cookie lifetimes of one year and one day respectively. These two tools are not configured for advertising personalisation.
Meta Pixel (Facebook) measures the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram campaigns and enables advertising retargeting audiences. Enabling it requires a separate choice in preferences. It may send technical and browsing information to Meta and use cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. Our integration does not intentionally send the contents entered in our forms.
These services may process technical and browsing information outside the European Economic Area. Transfer arrangements and account-side retention depend on the providers and their configuration. Applicable agreements and retention settings must be validated before their identifiers are enabled. Withdrawal clears accessible first-party cookies; it cannot delete third-party cookies from this domain or data already transmitted.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and the conditions set by applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation.
You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, email contact@developpeurs.com. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
Studio AI assistant
When you start generation in the studio, your brief, language, tone and format are sent to OpenAI through our server to create a text proposal. Screenshots imported into project showcases are not sent to OpenAI. The proposal remains editable and nothing is published automatically.
The application does not retain briefs in a database and asks the API not to store responses. The provider’s own processing and retention rules still apply. Avoid entering personal or confidential data that is not needed to write the content.
