Maintenance & development

Your product keeps evolving.

Keep your solution useful as your business changes.

After launch, your website or application needs to be maintained, updated and improved. We organise work around identified needs and priorities you approve.

Start with your business

Improve without losing track.

Use changes after launch: a team grows, a rule changes or a journey reveals its limits. Maintenance organises these requests while accounting for the existing product. We distinguish faults, technical updates and new features to decide on the next intervention.

When taking over a tool, an existing-system review establishes how work can proceed. Code, dependencies, access and data are examined within the audit’s scope. You then receive explained priorities and an estimate for the selected interventions.

YOUR PRODUCT LIFECYCLE

Fix. Update. Improve.

Resolve a fault

Understand an error, reproduce it and assess its impact. A fix is prepared with checks on the affected scenario and neighbouring features at risk.

Update technical foundations

Update project components and dependencies. We review compatibility and prepare required changes before releasing them.

Build the next version

Add a feature based on user feedback or a new business need. Scope and reviews are agreed with existing journeys in mind.

These deliverables provide a starting point for discussion. The final scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before work begins.

HOW WE WORK

From scope to handover.

  1. 01

    Assess the request

We collect context, steps to reproduce a fault or the goal of an improvement. Impact, dependencies and priorities help establish the order of work.

  2. 02

    Implement and check

Changes are prepared in a suitable environment when available. You review the fix or feature alongside agreed checks before release.

  3. 03

    Release and follow up

Release is organised according to the intervention. Completed changes and useful information are documented to keep a record and prepare future requests.

BUDGET REFERENCE

A clear scope from the start.

€600ex VAT / day

Work estimated at €600 excluding VAT per production day, after scoping.

Production days are a workload estimate, not a calendar delivery deadline. Third-party subscriptions and fees are identified separately.

BEFORE WE TALK

What helps us get started.

  • The website or application and its available history
  • Faults and improvements ordered by priority
  • Examples or steps to reproduce the issue
  • Project access and technical contacts

A precise request helps estimate the work. When investigation is needed, its scope is separate from implementing the fix.

IN PRACTICE

Real projects. Real uses.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Before we start.

Budget, scope, timing and handover: these answers help you prepare your project. For a question specific to your business, let’s talk directly.

Let’s discuss your needs
Can you maintain a site built by another team?

Yes. The initial 30-minute meeting is free. A technical audit of code, access and dependencies is then quoted as a paid service to define the takeover conditions.

Are new features included in maintenance?

Fixes, updates and new features are distinguished in the agreement so the scope is clear.

What rate applies?

Our reference rate is €600 excluding VAT per production day. Individual and ongoing work are estimated according to their scope.

How can we report an issue effectively?

Describe the action, expected result and what happened, with the time and details needed to reproduce the situation. We agree how requests are reported and assessed as part of the support arrangement.

Can improvements be planned gradually?

Yes. Requests can be grouped by priority and delivered in stages. Each scope is estimated and approved so effort can reflect requirements and user feedback.
