E-commerce

Your store, made to measure.

An online store built around your catalogue, your customers and your operations.

An e-commerce project connects the buying experience with order management. We design the journey from catalogue to checkout and define how the store connects to your existing tools.

THE PURCHASE JOURNEY

From discovery to order.

  1. 01

    Catalogue & purchasing

Catalogue structure, product pages and order journey.

  2. 02

    Payment & delivery

Integration of the providers and rules agreed for your business.

  3. 03

    Management & connections

Order administration and the integrations included in the scope.

These deliverables provide a starting point for discussion. The final scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before work begins.

Start with your business

And after payment?

A store should help customers choose, order and understand what happens next. It should also give your team an order they can act on. We consider both sides of the journey: what the customer sees and what needs organising for preparation, production or shipping.

The catalogue, variants, prices and delivery rules shape the project. A custom-product store has different needs from one selling stocked items. We agree these rules with you, then define the exchanges required with management tools, carriers or other available services.

Your sales, your requirements.

Open your online store

Organise a catalogue and offer an order journey suited to your products. Payment methods, delivery areas and customer information are defined before development.

Sell custom products

Collect customisation details, a file or approval before production. The journey reflects your actual constraints through clear steps for customers and your team.

Connect sales and operations

Send orders, track their status and exchange useful information with existing tools. We agree each system’s responsibilities and how errors should be handled.

HOW WE WORK

From scope to handover.

  1. 01

    Define sales rules

We review your catalogue, typical orders and processing steps. Special cases, providers and data to migrate help define the first release.

  2. 02

    Build both journeys

The buying journey and administration are developed together. You test product selection, requested information and order processing using representative examples.

  3. 03

    Prepare the launch

We check orders and provider connections in the available environments. Teams prepare their onboarding, catalogue content and the information needed for launch.

BUDGET REFERENCE

A clear scope from the start.

€600ex VAT / day

Starting estimate: 7 production days, or €4,200 excluding VAT.

Production days are a workload estimate, not a calendar delivery deadline. Third-party subscriptions and fees are identified separately.

BEFORE WE TALK

What helps us get started.

  • A sample catalogue with product variants
  • Your pricing, delivery and order rules
  • Providers and software already in use
  • Examples of orders and how they are processed

Provider costs are separate from development. Availability of their interfaces can affect scope and scheduling.

IN PRACTICE

Real projects. Real uses.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Before we start.

Budget, scope, timing and handover: these answers help you prepare your project. For a question specific to your business, let’s talk directly.

Let’s discuss your needs
Can you connect a management system?

Yes, after reviewing the available APIs and data. We define synchronisation frequency and error handling during scoping.

Are provider fees included?

Subscriptions, payment fees and third-party services are identified separately from development work.

What is the starting budget?

The calculator starts at 7 production days, or €4,200 excluding VAT. Catalogue complexity, business rules and integrations affect the estimate.

Can you migrate our existing catalogue?

Migration can be planned after reviewing exports, images, variants and data quality. We agree mappings and required checks before importing the catalogue.

Can the store handle custom products?

Yes, according to the agreed rules: options, uploaded files, proof approval or production stages. We scope each order state and the information required at each step.
